After registration, customize your profile in the Settings section. Add your bio, avatar, and social links to make your page unique. Your profile URL will be flexbio.link/@username.

Go to Links section, click "Add Link", enter title, URL, and choose an icon. Your links appear on your public profile page instantly.

Your profile URL is flexbio.link/@username. Use the QR code feature in the dashboard to share easily on social media, business cards, or posters.

In Customize tab, adjust background, accent, text, and icon colors. Use the color picker or enter hex codes manually for precise customization.

Upload custom backgrounds (max 100MB). Adjust blur, brightness, and opacity sliders for the perfect look. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, GIF, WEBP, MP4, M4V.

Enable animated title effects in Advanced → Effects. Choose from multiple animation styles including fade, slide, bounce, and more.

Decorations are overlays you can display on top of your avatar. Open Dashboard → Appearance → Avatar Decoration to pick from available decorations or upload your own (PNG/GIF/WEBP with transparency, max 3MB).

Connect your Discord account to show real-time status using Flexbio's Discord integration. For help with status integration, join our support Discord (https://discord.gg/X8xZf8mpxK). Your online status, custom status, and Spotify activity will display on your profile.

Add your Discord Server ID to display a server widget on your profile. Visitors can see member count, online members, and join your server directly from your profile.

Enable Developer Mode in Discord (Settings → Advanced → Developer Mode). Right-click your username and select "Copy ID". The ID should be 18-19 digits long.

Click user menu (3 dots) → Settings → Change Password. Enter current password and new password (minimum 6 characters). Make sure to use a strong, unique password.

Forgot password? Click "Forgot Password" on login page. Enter your email → receive 6-digit verification code → enter code and new password. Reset codes expire in 15 minutes for security.

Enable 2FA in Settings → Security. Use an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy. When enabling, store your backup codes in a safe place — they let you regain access if your device is lost.

Enable "Profile Entry Gate" to require visitors to click before viewing your profile. Add a custom entry message in the Entry Gated section for additional privacy control.

Make sure to click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page after editing. Look for the "You have unsaved changes!" notification before leaving the page.

File size limits (enforced on upload): background — up to 100MB; avatar images — up to 25MB; profile banners — up to 10MB; cursor files — up to 5MB; audio uploads — up to 10MB. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, GIF, WEBP, MP4, M4V for images/videos. For cursor uploads use .cur, .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .webp (max 5MB).

Verify your Discord ID is correct (18-19 digits). For Discord status integration (Flexbio), join the Discord server: https://discord.gg/X8xZf8mpxK and make sure your profile is public.

Enable Animated Title in Advanced → Effects first, then select your preferred animation style. Make sure to save changes and refresh your profile page.

See total views and 24-hour views in the Analytics section. View count updates automatically when visitors open your profile page. Analytics use cookies to track unique devices.

Create up to 5 custom badges in the Badges section. Add title, icon (Font Awesome class name), and description. Customize badge colors, glow effects, and animations.

Upload audio files or embed music from Spotify, SoundCloud, or YouTube. Supported upload formats: .mp3, .aac, .ogg, .wav. Each uploaded audio must be under 10MB, max 2 tracks per account.

Choose from pre-designed templates in the Templates section to quickly set up your profile with professional styling. After applying a template, you can still customize all colors, fonts, and effects.

Verified badges are granted to notable accounts, content creators, and active community members. Contact support with verification proof (social media following, website ownership, etc.) for eligibility review.
